i told myself some time ago, at the end of the year must put my amazing writing skills to use on the last day of the year and write a report.
but i still fretting over wad to wear for thxgiving party.. lolol.

i think some of you may remember me telling you of how a school fren of mine changed my personality from nerd to... err... dunno wad word to use haha. but i still a nerd. tt was in sec 2 mid yr.
now its sec 3 last day. a lot has definitely happened. my personality has definitely continued to change. i got to know many more pple in the youth, thru the camps and open hse. i definitely inherited my father's genes in terms of looks, e.g. hair, facial features, but the ability to socialise took a bit longer to be inherited.. like.. almost 16 yrs. oh yeah.. my bday is in exactly 1 month (hint hint) lol. but i doubt anybody wud remember.. has been this way for 15 yrs.
gain what u want, lose what u have. at least what i lost wasnt tt impt.. good results lol. i mean, u spend more time wif frens obviously ur results gonna drop. cca too. from sec 1 to 2 i nvr got a scolding from a cca teacher b4... but now tt has changed lol. ytd i jus got scolded by my guitar teacher-in-charge. and there was this incident involving smth tt i dun want to talk abt anymore.. some of u might remember it from my old blog.
yea.. tts abt it. tt has been the major change in me this year.. the youth. yeah, maybe i might remember my form teacher this year and the terrible 2.5k word essay i have yet to finish, but i will always remember this year for being wif the youth at PP!!!

this morning when i was still trying to sleep in, there was this crow outside my window... everytime i showed signs of trying to sleep some more, it started crowing louder. when i woke up and opened the curtains, it was gone.

anyways, ytd saw my hair returning to normal once again, and for nxt yrs open hse we have decided to put up a 'Choral Concert'. Whether the following yr's open hse will be a 1/2 musical or full musical is still nt decided.
thxgiving games are more or less settled.. but my deco crew still has no progress!!! oh no.. its onli 3 days left to the party.... hope they come up wif smth fast.
today got guit prac at 2pm, aft that nt sure if want to go for phantom of the opera movie or nt. oh wellz.. enjoying the last of the hols.

its sad sometimes, as my fren said... ur doing hw for the satisfaction of having done it.. and not for the learning process. its definitely more fun doing work when u r in a mood to do it and u have the right attitude.
it seems like everybody is suffering from post christmas-pre sch reopen depression. including me. i find myself spewing tons of nonsense.. and doing things tt... i dunno. jus a while ago i was talking to shawn.. he too is suffering from this too. maybe its the boredom of having nothing to do when its the 'last days'.
today will be the last day of guitar-halo-tv-com. the following days will have guit meetings or pracs.. and they are smack right in the middle of nowhere (afternoon). so sad. and i need to get my 2.5k essay moving on. yea.. this isnt something u cant jus spew nonsense all over the place and expect it to be verified.

when i volunteered myself for thxgiving i/c, i dint expect it to be so.. stress haha. i thot it was jus like.. ask pple to do the stuff for u (it is, partially). and all for jus one nite. hmm. i realli hope its fun and it bonds the youth.. cos i think i realli did put in quite a bit of effort for this. cya all there!!
watched 2 movies in 2 days. wow. both werent as gd as incredibles but still quite ok.
kung fu hustle was quite funny in terms of slapstick jokes and pulling in some western elements. however, the gore is at some times unbearable. the plot however, was realli confusing... couldnt even tell hus the bad guys and hu the gd guys were at some stage lol. and for half the show u are wondering wad stephen chow is doing there. haha
national treasure wasnt realli funny, wasnt realli action. but in terms of plot it was veri gd at creating suspense. (unlike kung fu hustle, which jus tries to confuse u) until the ending. when the show ended i was like.. WAD?!? that was IT?!? hahaha. they realli shud have thot of a betta ending.
this wk is practically gone for me.. no more lazing at home *sobs*. the hols are slowly drawing to a close.. so sad. i jus wanna enjoy wads left of it.. i realli wish the youth had gone out more.. but everybody was like.. overseas. and this wk cant realli go out much.. cos i got guit stuff on tues wed thurs. haiz. i'll be waiting for this time again desperately during the sch term.. and i think the nxt hols i realli want to initiate some going out. but there are always factors like sch cca and stuffs. i wonder if i will be free from cca after nxt yrs syf and concert. having no o lvls is gd... but it definitely comes wif its disadvantages... some of which i still havent discovered yet.

today 2 things happened which demonstrates that God has control over everything. God has control over your car, and your toilet door lock.
lets tok abt the funnier one first. in short, i got
LOCKED in my
TOILET. i mean like.. how retarded is that?!? hahaha.

okay heres how it goes. i take a bath 1/2h b4 going to music class. (i shud be there now). i come out, get dressed, unlock the door and... turn the knob but the catch doesnt move out of the slot. BLAH. after i make sure i'm completely dressed, i scream in max volume for my mom (thank God she's around). she then tries the key to the toilet but obviously it doesnt work. so call locksmith from yellow pages. so i grab my clothes basket, turn it upside down and sit on it.
after 20 mins he arrives, wif hammers, screwdrivers and all. hammers the old knob away and... FREEDOM!!! hmm.. but in that short 30 mins in the toilet, i realised that God was like.. calling me to wake up. calling to me to realise that he is in control of everything. we shud not always go to him in prayer only when we need him, as many of us including myself are guilty of. being locked in a toilet means NOTHING to do. i mean.. if i'm locked in my room at least i have my guitars and xmas cards to write. but in the toilet? i jus like.. brushed my teeth then sat there.
HAHAHA. still laffing.
but on a more sad note, i saw a car accident right outside my condo happening. i mean, in com games crashing arnd in a car seems funny, but when u see it happening in real life it is SO NOT. it was realli a horrible sight, as i looked up when i heard the first crash. the car had hit a lamp post and then it skidded onto the grass. then i heard the crash of metal. i mean.. its realli LOUD. nt farnie. the thoughts that run thru ur head is not 'haha'. its whether the guy is safe or not. luckily the car did not hit any pedestrians or pple at the bus stop, and there were security guards there to help the driver and call an ambulance.

ytd was a fun (but tiring) day!!! hahaha
ytd went to recce the changi chalet for thxgiving. i left hse at 12:10. arrived at tampines at 1:15 (late). from there, me, mark, luke, shawn, andrea, nehe, charmaine, and cheryl took bus 29 to the chalet. then we spent like.. i dunno.. 1 1/2h walking arnd jus looking for the HQ so that we can get soembody to show us the chalet. after walking so far, the lady at the reception said that we cant see it cos there were pple inside, she said, "if u stay in a hotel room, and somebody knocks on your door and says, can i look arnd, wad wud u do?". disappointed, we decided to jus go see the chalet anyway and take a chance and ask the pple inside if we cud see it anyway. and they did!!! yay. cos they were a Christian grp also. nice pple. haha but i dint see it.. cos we dint want 8 pple to scare them out, so we jus sent 4 of our troops in to see.
aft that went christmas shopping at orchard. bought very little stuff man lol. i bought enuf materials to make 20 xmas cards and the 'under $5' gift for thxgiving. in all, spent $11.45 (including dinner). economy man.. lolz.
when i reached home my feet were very suan hahaha. i think we went to 3 shopping centres in all. tiring but fun!! hahaha.

last time during school term used to blog almost everyday. cos got lots of things to write. and onli 1 blog hahaha. now got 2 blogs, and holiday also got not much to blog.
this morning was reading the newspaper article on blogs. someone poor thing lost her fight wif cancer, but her 'legacy lives on in her blog' or smth. then theres also the award winning blogs. i think they probably tok some chim stuff man hahaha.
today i oso continued work on my 2.5k word essay. ytd i had 300 words. then after i copied and pasted smth called Literature Reviews (bk review, magazine review, etc.) into my report, somehow it ballooned to 1.5k words. wow. i felt so surprised that i dint do any more work on it for teh rest of the day lol. oh yes, mus remember to get pple to do my survey forms. if nt i go back to sch sure kena scolding.
tml we (games and dec0, and i/c) r going to changi chalet to recce at 1pm, meeting at tampines mrt. since it is so far, i expect everybody to be late lol. i myself have nvr been there, so we are all relying on the powerful sense of direction mr marco cheng. being i/c, ur supposed to go and get pple to do the work for u.. but u have to be there all the time too. requires commitment man.

after waking up at around 9:15 - 11:15 each morning, it is indeed a challenge to wake up at 8:30 on sundays and still have energy to carry on lol.
signing up for youth thxgiving party is sorta slowing down.. maybe cos everybody is overseas... and i think i need to mobilise pple to ask other pple to sign up. i 1 person cannot handle everything. so all ya pple there gotta help me!! this sunday is the last signup.
2 mins ago my answered my sis that i'm lending her a pair of my shorts for thxgiving.. and in exchange she'll lend me a t-shirt... buahahahaha.
yea... today changed guitar strngs again. i've been trying to try every set of guit strings available in sg.. this one costs $7.. its called D'aquisto or smth. nt bad but buzzes a lot. nt the best, but for $7 its quite loud. my standard strings i use for exams and performances is by La Bella, costs $12.

ytd woke up at 10:20. today woke up at 11:20. dint even need breakfast. my bio clock is definitely spoilt man.
ytd jus spent the day at home.. slacking as usual. evening went for music theory class... now got new teacher.. and shes the manager of the music sch or smth.. so every few mintues got something interupt... and her pronuciation is also too pro man. S.A.T.B can become S.T.A.B. hahaha. and shes the type of teacher that doesnt allow students to skip thru.. must do and do so that 'foundation will be strong'.... liddat how to advance quickly?
today also slack at home whole day.. spent a bit of time compiling the emails for next yrs open hse feedback.. keep it pouring in pple!! i think we seriously need to sit down and rethink wad we are going to do nxt yr.
currently searching for the exact address of the chalet at changi we are going to... its so confusing haha. the street directory map doesnt even show that chalets exist. need to noe this for the recce nxt wed.. i dun even noe if we will be allowed inside the chalet at all hahaha.

aft that ate $2 char siew rice at hawker centre then came back my hse for meeting. my lack of sleep was catching up on me man... i was getting quite tired during the meeting, haha. aft that plucked up last bit of energy to play one last breath on the guitar for teh people.. hehe.

ok heres the late report on sentosa outing, 13/12/04.
actually i dowan to go one.. almost felt like pangsehing them...
in the end went lah... my powerful sense of punctuality led me to be 5mins late, arrived at harbourfront mrt at 9:35. budden the rest of the grp had even more powderful sense of punctuality man!!
arrive at Palawan beach, sentosa at 11:00 (do the math.... and yes, i was bored and sleepy) lol. but once we arrived there the action started quickly. we bought a ball and mark got a free sting from some bug.. hahaha. i veri long nvr play volleyball.. so this time i play until my hands red. ouch. i was so unprepared for this outing that i came wif $5 on my wallet. bus ride to beach $3. so lunch was real small. had to borrow marney. after that play some more volleyball, then start throwing pple into the sea. lucky i nvr kena lolz.
after that come back, i jus knew my mom wud scold me for getting sunburnt. sure enuf. hahaha... so now i have to endure a red nose and weird injuries here and there, eg leg cramp, finger cramp (?!?)
yea.. but in all was quite fun.
today jus came back from guitar lesson. i'm a dyslexic grade 6 guitarist man. my sight reading is terrible. i barely scraped thru the exam sight reading.. and my guitar teacher says i need to close up the gap btwn my sight reading and playing. hai. nvm.. mus practice MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -.-

Kim Seng Plaza. i'll remember that place.
after that went for youth meeting at nehe's hse. camp was wrapped up, and nxt yr we are doing musical for open hse (or shud i say drama). thx giving theme is 'O-biang', sounds fun!!! jus that this time got lots of stuff to organise.. cos changi chalet quite far.. mus assure parents of safety.

life is uneventful man.. jus been spending the past few days playing com and trying my best at attempting completion of holiday hw.. to no avail of course. the 2.5k project work report that we at acs call ISO remains untouched.. chinese hw needs another com other than this one i'm using now that has chinese software installed. the mep composition is making progress. i guess.
yeah.. wad else is there to do? even gramercy music school rejects me by telling me that there was no lesson today when i went down (okay, i may have forgotten there was no lesson.. but still thats 90c and 1/2h wasted)

after spending so many days away from home, i'm so glad that i can be home and jus slack.
today i did a lot of the usual stuff.. play guitar, play com, watch tv, sleep, lie arnd and do nth.. so fun. but can onli do once in a while.. if not its realli sian if u do it day in day out. haha.
i've also decided to start on my holiday hw... but i'm nt telling my classmates cos they will all start doing which puts me at a disadvantaged position, or they will jus call me crazy, cos we have all learnt the acs culture of procrastination. my hol hw is simple: chinese, music composition and project work. simple to list out that is. tts y i'm starting today.. i dun wanna die during the first wk of sch.

Yay!! i'm back home. youth camp was a blast.. but i'm so glad i'm home again.
after not having a bed and warm water for 4 days 3 nites, it feels gd when you come into contact wif those things.
i jus woke up after a 5h nap, and my head is still throbbing.. later i'll go to sleep again until the next morning.
this youth camp i feel might not have been the best ever, but somehow it has rebonded the youth again after 6 months, thru all the saddist walking and water games, the skit (this camp i learnt that the older you become, the more retarded you act, wonder wad i will be like at J2 o.O) and the lessons, we are back together again.
next step is thanksgiving party.. any volunteers? i'll be holding the meeting soon.
but for now, its time to eat dinner and then crawl into my warm bed again. cya.
